Privacy statement for Etm4u AS

1. Data controller
The managing director is, on behalf of Etm4u AS, the data controller for the company's processing of personal data.

2. Personal data that is stored
We store the following personal data about our customers:

Name, address, phone number and email address are stored in the cloud-based ERP system 24/7.
Name and email address are stored in a cloud-based system for newsletters (Elasticemail) for customers who have agreed to this.
We also store purchase history and behavior patterns externally on our website, i.e. information about how the individual customer navigates the page.

3. Purpose of the processing
We process the information in order to carry out our obligations according to the agreement with you as a customer.

We also use the information to provide you with information, offers and service in connection with your purchase via e-mail, telephone, SMS and postal mailings. Behavior patterns (cookies) are not yet used, even though this is stated on the website.

4. The basis for the processing
Information about name, address, telephone and e-mail address is used to fulfill the purchase agreement. The basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the Personal Protection Regulation.

Where you have consented to this, the information is also used to provide you with information, offers and service in connection with your purchase via e-mail and telephone. The basis for this processing is the Personal Protection Regulation Art 6(1)(a). You can refuse to receive such information from us at any time.

5. Collection of personal data
We store the personal data you have provided on our websites or to our employees in connection with your purchase. The Act on Electronic Communications requires us to inform our visitors about the use of cookies. Behavior patterns (cookies) are not yet used, even though this is stated on the website.

6. Disclosure of information to third parties
In order to be able to fulfill our obligations under the agreement, only necessary information is disclosed to our partners: the shipping companies Dachser, UPS and Bring.

7. Deletion of personal data
Information that we are obliged to keep under the Bookkeeping Act will be stored for up to 5 years, in accordance with the law's requirements.

8. Rights of the data subject
We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act and applicable regulations. You can request access to and transfer of your own personal information, as well as request correction or deletion of information.

Complaints can be made to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority about processing in breach of the rules.

9. Information security
We secure your personal data through virtual access and access control.
