MACHINING AND PRINTING

Etm4u offers machining services, allowing enclosures to be fully customized to meet customer specifications, including all necessary openings, drillings, and threads. Additionally, enclosures can be tailored to reflect the customer's brand through material color, painting, or silk-screen printing. Silk-screen printing makes it easy to add company logos, instructions, and symbols, even for small production runs.

COLOUR SERVICES

Our painting service offers a cost-effective solution for painting enclosures, even in small batches. Most enclosures can be finished in any shade from the RAL colour chart. Plastic enclosures are coated with a silicone-free, semi-gloss 2K polyurethane topcoat, ensuring exceptional durability, chemical resistance, and impact protection.

For an alternative approach, standard plastic enclosures can be manufactured in a specific colour upon request. Extruding enclosures from coloured raw material is particularly beneficial for large orders, as it ensures a consistent colour throughout, including holes and inner surfaces.

COMPONENT INSTALLATION AND CUSTOM PACKAGING

Etm4u offers pre-installation of various components in select enclosures, including DIN rails, connectors, and cable sealing clamps. We can also source third-party components, streamlining the process and saving customers time and effort.

Beyond standard packaging, we provide flexible solutions for batch sizes and deliveries. Enclosures can be supplied fully assembled or as separate components, depending on customer requirements.
