Introduction


The quality work in Etm4u is run as an integrated part of the business operations. The purpose of this policy is to describe Etm4u's approach to work with quality issues.

Quality policy

Etm4u strives to exceed the customers' requirements and expectations. Our customers should feel sure that they will get the right product at the right time and that we offer them products and services of the best quality at the lowest possible total cost. We want to maintain a good and professional relationship with our owners and ensure that all employees are engaged in their own and the company's quality work by making continuous improvements.

Organization and distribution of responsibilities

The ultimate responsibility for the quality work rests with the general manager and is carried out on the basis of the individual job descriptions.

This policy

The Etm4u quality policy is usually determined by the board once a year. The date of issue and the version number of the policy appear on the first page. The most recently updated version of the policy will always be available on the common server of Etm4u. All employees of  Etm4u are responsible for keeping up to date with the most recently revised policy.
